daniel scesnewicz is a seasoned operator with 20 plus years in the hospitality industry. his experience ranges from casual concept to fine dining. daniel was most recently a partner for Flemings Prime Steakhouse in Florida for six years and was recipient of Partner of The Year in 2011 as well as many other awards and accolades. Prior to his time in Florida, he spent time at Stefani’s, Souk, and Rambutan. He is a Certified Sommelier and moderately skilled chop stick practitioner. Daniel was born in Oak Park, grew up in Chicago and is an avid sports/beer fan.
